LexTranslate is an international network of lawyers and legal professionals who bridge languages, jurisdictions, and markets.

We provide 360-degree support, helping clients overcome linguistic and legal barriers and opening access to new opportunities worldwide. Our services range from sworn and certified translations to interpreting, cross-border legal consulting, and tailor-made solutions for individuals, companies, and law firms.

Translations remain a cornerstone of our work, but they are never an end in themselves.

Simonetta Buccellato

Co-founder and Partner at LexTranslate

  • Simonetta Buccellato is a lawyer-linguist and co-founder of LexTranslate. With a law degree from the University of Palermo (2005) and membership in the Milan Bar (2009), she became a Certified Legal Translator at the Milan Court in 2014, specializing in civil and criminal law translation for English, Spanish, and French.
  • Key career highlights:
  • Master's in European Union Law (University Carlos III, Madrid, 2008/2009).
  • Experience at the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Commission in Brussels, focusing on Competition Law.
  • Practiced commercial and bankruptcy law in Milan (2011–2014).
  • Since 2014, she has worked with prestigious clients such as the Court of Justice of the EU, European Central Bank, and the Italian Public Prosecutor's Office, translating complex legal documents. She has also taught Legal English at the University of Palermo since 2016.
  • In 2024, she became a Board Member and Ambassador of the Global LegalTech Hub (GLTH), a network fostering innovation and collaboration in the legal and technology sectors.

Diana Vaccaro

Co-founder and Partner at LexTranslate

  • Diana Vaccaro is a lawyer-linguist and co-founder of LexTranslate. She graduated with honors in law from the University of Palermo (2005) and has been a member of the Milan Bar (2010) and Madrid Bar (2013).
  • Key career milestones:
  • Master's in European Legal Studies (College of Europe, Bruges, 2006/2007).
  • Traineeship at the European Commission (DG Competition).
  • Experience in international law firms across Brussels, Milan, and Madrid, specializing in competition law, intellectual property, and consumer protection (2008–2014).
  • Since 2014, Diana has provided legal translation services for clients including the Court of Justice of the EU, European Central Bank, and the Italian Public Prosecutor's Office. She also teaches Legal Spanish at the University of Palermo since 2016.
  • In 2024, she became Ambassador of the Global LegalTech Hub (GLTH), a network promoting innovation and collaboration in the legal and technology sectors.
